Diporusa products are digital spreadsheet templates and related digital resources. You're purchasing a license to use the template for your personal or business operations.

2. License and use

You may:

Make backup copies for your own records

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or transfer the template to others
Share the file via download links, file-sharing services, or torrents
Use the template to compete with Diporusa (e.g., create similar products for resale)
Remove brand watermarks or Diporusa attribution

Each license is for one user or one business.

3. Payment and delivery

All transactions process through Shopify Payments or PayPal. Delivery is instant upon payment confirmation via the order confirmation email. Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.

4. Intellectual property

All Diporusa templates, designs, copy, and graphics are copyrighted to Diporusa. By purchasing, you receive a personal-use license — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Disclaimers

Diporusa templates are planning tools, not financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. They are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event will Diporusa be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any template. Maximum total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
