Refund policy

At Diporusa, every product is an instant digital download — once you purchase, you immediately get access to the file. Because of this, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds on opened or downloaded products.

That said — we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you experience any of the following, please email us at diporusaconsult@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right:

• The file fails to download or open
• The file is corrupted or missing pages/tabs
• The product is not what was described on the listing
• You accidentally purchased the wrong template

We respond to support emails within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Trying it in Google Sheets?

All Diporusa templates work in Google Sheets even if you don't own Microsoft Excel. Open the file via sheets.google.com → File → Import → Upload .xlsx → "Replace spreadsheet." Free, no subscription required.

Used the product?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to refund products that have been downloaded and used. Thank you for understanding.
