Diporusa products are instant digital downloads — no physical product ships.

How delivery works

1. You complete checkout
2. The order confirmation email arrives within 1–5 minutes
3. The email contains a secure download link for your file(s)
4. Click the link to download — that's it

What you receive

• Microsoft Excel files (.xlsx) — also opens in Google Sheets
• Some products include bundled PDFs or README files (always in .zip format)

File compatibility

All Diporusa templates work in:

• Microsoft Excel (Mac + Windows)
• Apple Numbers (with some formatting differences)
• Google Sheets (via File → Import)
• LibreOffice Calc

Re-download anytime

Your download link is valid for 60 days. After that, message us and we'll resend it free.

Multiple devices

You can open and use your purchased files on as many of your own devices as you like (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet). Sharing files with other people is not permitted (see Terms of Service).

International customers

Digital products have no shipping restrictions. We sell worldwide.
